Chiropractic
Chiropractic focuses on restoring the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. The spine, being one of the most important structures in the body, is vital in providing overall musculoskeletal strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Imbalance in the spinal structure could lead to imbalanced shoulders, overuse injuries and premature degeneration in the body joints, especially in the knees. As the spinal cord is encased by the spine, spinal problems can also potentially cause nerve-related symptoms and conditions of varying severity, such as tingling, numbness, weakness, paralysis, and organ malfunctions.
As the spine is a vital yet delicate structure, chiropractic adjustment needs to be performed with extra care and precision. Our chiropractor is professionally trained with years of experience to accurately assess and identify the causative pathology underlying patients’ conditions and skillfully adjust and correct all segments of the spine and other parts of the musculoskeletal system, using safe and non-invasive techniques.

Treatment Types
Our chiropractic team offers a variety of treatemnts to help our patients heal. The goal we have is to get our patients feeling better in the shortest period of time without the need of exorbitant repeated treatment sessions that is commoly seen in the industry.
Chiropractic Spinal Adjustments
- This is the core treatement that we provide for all our patients as it is the centrepiece for chiropractic philosophy.
- Chiropractors are trained to provide high velocity and low amplitude adjustments to the spine at precise and safe locations to remove fixations and subluxations in the system. There will be times when this treatment may be dangerous hence the need for a proper and detailed consultation is required before the it is performed.
- Please inform your chiropractor if you have any concerns regarding your treatment, it will allow us to clarify and accommodate for your needs.
Chiropractic Extremity Adjustments
- Our chiropractors are trained in adjustments for upper and lower limbs of your body. This allows us to target the joints safely and help patients to improve from conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, knee pain and ankle sprains much more efficiently.
Muscle Treatment Modalities
- When treating musculoskeletal conditions, muscle tension and pain commonly accompanies joint fixations and subluxations. Your chiropractor may perform muscle treatment therapies to assist with your treatment, helping you to get better faster.
Shockwave Therapy
- Studies have shown that shockwave therapy is effective in reducing pain, promote healing and removal of scar tissue after an injury. Our clinic assistants have been trained in providing this specialised treatment under the guidance of our chiropractors.
- This treatment is crucial for full recovery after an injury so that you can perform better and be free of any residual pain and discomfort. This therapy utilises percussive shocks to penetrate deep into the tissue to achieve the result with minimal skin irritation/discolouration.
